MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM
The enginecoolingsystemconsists ofan engineshroud
and enginefins.These shouldbe keptcleanandfree of
debrisas neededor clean at leastevery 100 operating
houm.
The batteryshouldbe servicedevery25 hours of opera-
tion.
Raiseoperator'sseat.
Removethetwo adjustingknobs.
Remove seatassemblyand moveforward.Use carenot
to disconnectwiresfrom seat switch.See Figure33.
Removenegative(-) cable first.
Removepositive(+) cable.

CHECKING BATTERY ELECTROLYTE
Carefully remove battery cell covers.
Visually check electrolyte level in each cell. Level shouldbe
1/8"to 3/8" above cell plates upto the fill rings.
