This warranty does not affect your statutory right and you may
also have other rights which vary from state to state. Unless
modied in writing, signed by both you and SMK-LINK
Electronics, this warranty is understood to be the complete
and exclusive agreement between the parties, superseding all
prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications
between the parties relating to the subject matter of this
warranty.
