NOTE: Carefully read entire instructions thoroughly before attempting to install this part.

Step 1: Unclip the wiring harness for the fog lights in the OE front bumper.

Step 2: Unbolt and remove the OE hood release latch. Keep the OE bolt and nut plate for

reinstallation. (Fig A)

Step 3: Unbolt and remove the OE outer bumper support plates if your vehicle came

equipped with them. (Fig B)

(Fig C) Fig. C OE Front Bolts OE Front Bolts Tow Hooks Step 5: Unbolt and remove the tow hook bolts (3 per side). Remove the hooks from the vehicle.

Step 7: Modify the vehicle wiring harness and DLAA fog light connector. IMPORTANT!: DO NOT connect the winch or fog lights wiring harnesses until the bumper is fully installed.

Revised 6.30.11 Installation Instructions: (Part # SB612830) 2008-2010 Ford Super Duty F-250/F-350 M1 Front Bumper Kit Step 10: Install the fog lights into the new M1 front bumper (93-7290) using the supplied (8 per side) 1/4”-20 X 3/4” bolt and hardware. (Fig E) Step 11: Install the window backing (93-7314 drvr and 93-7315 pass) and bezels (90-7316 drvr and 90-7317 pass) to the new M1 front bumper (93-7290) using (4 per side) 10-24 X 3/4” stainless button head bolts and #10 hardware.

(Fig H) 93-7290 M1 Front Bumper Fig. H 93-7484 Jack Pad Step 14: Using a floor jack, carefully raise and install the new M1 front bumper (93-7290) assembly to the bumper horn mounts (93-7311) using (4 per side) 1/2” x 1 1/2” bolts and hardware.

Step 17: Be sure to torque all M1 bumper and winch hardware according to manufacturers specifications. Step 18: Installation is now complete. Mild soap, window or glass cleaner may be used to clean the finish. Dual state powder coat finish – Mild soap, window or glass cleaner may be used to clean the finish.
