The magazine release can be installed to operate from the
right or left side. To reverse the magazine release, follow
the instructions below.
• Field Strip the firearm.
• The magazine release retention mechanism is located
inside the magazine well. (Figure 33)
• Move the magazine release spring from the magazine
release recess. (Figure 34 & 35)
• Slide the magazine release half way out of the frame.
(Figures 36)
• Hold the magazine release while moving the magazine
release spring around the end of the magazine release.
(Figures 36 & 37)
• Slide the magazine release all the way out of the frame.
• Insert the magazine release from the right/left side of the
frame according to your preference. (Figure 38)
• Reverse the steps above.
