UNLOADING
WARNING: ALWAYS KEEP THE MUZZLE POINTED IN
A SAFE DIRECTION.
• Set safety button to the cen-
ter “loading” position
(Figure 17).
• Orient the rifle as shown in
the following photos to allow
the cartridges to drop out of
the magazine when the floor
plate is opened.
• Open the bolt and ensure
that the chamber is empt
y
(Figure 18).
• Push the release button and
allow the hinged floor plate
to swing open.
• Allow the cartridges to fall
clear of the rifle
(Figures 21 - 22).
