• Remove all cartridges from magazine before disassembly.
•Grasp magazine and insert drift (a common key will work as
well) into the key hole and through the spring. (Figure 29).
•Using the drift, depress spring approximately one inch and
slide the butt plate off of the magazine tube (Figure 30).
• Remove the spring. Slide the magazine pull-down button
down to the key hole and lift to remove the button. Remove
the follower (Figure 31).

MAGAZINE REASSEMBLY
• Insert the follower into the magazine tube, lining up the
bottom hole with the key hole (Figure 33).
• Insert the pull-down button into the bottom hole of the
follower (Figure 34).
•Replace the spring and capture it with your index finger
(Figure 35).
•Place the drift (a common key will work as well) into the key
hole and through the spring and depress approximately one
inch. Slide the butt plate onto the magazine tube and ensure
that it is fully seated. Remove drift (Figure 36).
•Check to make sure the butt plate is secure by attempting to
remove it.
