2.2 Description of parts
Grinder disc for coarse mincing/grinding
To be used to mince and grind vegetables
and sauces.
Grinder disc for medium mincing/
grinding
To be used for mincing/grinding raw or
cooked meat, firm vegetables, nuts without

Grinder disc for fine mincing/grinding
To be used for mincing/grinding raw meat,
cooked meat, pâté and for making
breadcrumbs.
Fastening ring nut spanner
Makes it easier to put on or remove the ring nut.
Food tray/Container with lid
To contain the food to be ground/minced
during operation.
It can also be used as a container to store
the multi-food grinder accessory and
relative accessories after use.
Pusher accessory with cap
Facilitates the introduction of the food to be
minced/ground into the body of the multi-
food grinder accessory.
It also functions as a container for unused
accessories (discs, sausage stuffer
accessory, etc.) which can be housed
inside it.
