5.3 Positioning
Location of the power cord

Front gasket
Make sure the gasket on the back of the
front panel is sealed to prevent the entry of
water or other liquids.
Heavy appliance
Risk of crush injuries
• Move the appliance into the desired
position with the help of a second
person.
Pressure on the open door
Risk of damage to the appliance
• Do not use the open door as a lever to
move the appliance into place.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to the
door when it is open.
Increasing heat when the
appliance is in operation
Risk of fire
• Check that surrounding cabinetry
material is heat resistant.
• Check that the cabinetry has the
required openings.
• Do not install the appliance in a closed
recess with a door or in a cabinet.
