6.9 Selecting a cooking function
It is only possible to select a cooking function in ON
mode; it is done simply by pressing or .
The selected function will light up and the preset
cooking time will be displayed.
ON-OFF zone
After selection of the function desired, the oven will
start the cooking procedure at the preset
temperature and will light up. Cooking itself is
preceded by a preheating stage, which allows the
oven to heat to the cooking temperature more
quickly. flashes to indicate that this stage is in
progress. When the preheating stage is over,
will remain lit steadily and a buzzer will sound to
indicate that the food can be placed inside the oven.
On pyrolytic models, the special defrosting and proving functions are brought
together under the same function indicated by .
See “7.4 Proving and defrosting functions” for further details.
Cooking can be interrupted at any time by holding down for at least two
seconds.
6.9.1 Modifying the preset temperature
The preset temperature for each function can be
changed to suit the user's requirements.
At any time while cooking is in progress, press
or to increase or decrease the cooking
temperature by 5 degrees at a time. (Hold down the
symbols to produce a faster increase or decrease).
