Recommended Grounding Method
For your personal safety, this range must be
grounded. This range is equipped with a 3-
prong grounding plug. To minimize possible
shock hazard, the cord must be plugged
into a mating 3-prong grounding
receptacle, grounded in accordance with
the National ANSI/NFPA 70 Electrical
Code (latest edition*) or the Canadian
Electrical Code (CSA)** and local codes
and ordinances. lf a mating receptacle is
not available, it is the personal responsibility
and obligation of the customer to have a
properly polarized and grounded 3-prong
outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

Warning
Explosion hazard
• Use a new AGA or CSA-approved gas
supply line.
• Install a shut-off valve.
• Securely tighten all gas connections.
• lf connected to LP, have a qualified
technician ensure that the gas pressure
does not exceed a 14" W.C.P.
• Examples of qualified technicians
include licensed heating personnel,
authorized gas company personnel,
and authorized service personnel.
• Failure to do so can result in loss of life,
explosion, or fire.

• Observe all codes and
ordinances in force.
The range must be connected to
a standard gas supply.
