8.3.7.5 Enabling MSTP configuration
To enable/disable a MSTP daemon by applying MSTP configurations to the system, use
the following command.
Command Mode Description
spanning-tree mst Enables MSTP function on the system
no spanning-tree mst
Bridge
Disables MSTP function on the system.
8.3.7.6 Displaying Configuration
To display the configuration of MSTP, use the following command.

show spanning-tree mst <1-64>

Shows all configurations of a specific MSTP instance:
1-64: MSTP instance ID number
show spanning-tree mst <1-64>

Shows information of a specific MSTP instance on
active interface:
1-64: MSTP instance ID number.
detail: detailed MSTP information (as option).
show spanning-tree mst <1-64>
blockedport
Shows information of the blocked ports
show spanning-tree mst <1-64>

Shows detailed information of the specific MSTP in-
stance:
1-64: MSTP instance ID number.

Shows information of root-inconsistency state.
