Error display function
When a failure or abnormality occurs, the location and contents are displayed.

Load current of 80 mA or more is applied to the
switch output (OUT1).
Load current of 80 mA or more is applied to the
switch output (OUT2).
Flow has exceeded the accumulated flow range.
Displayed if an internal error has occurred.
Eliminate the cause of the over current by turning
off the power supply and then turn it on again.
Decrease the flow.
Clear the accumulated flow.
(This error does not matter when the accumu-
lated flow is not used.)
Turn off the power supply and then turn it on
again. If the failure cannot be solved, please
contact SMC for investigation.

Flow is flowing in the reverse direction of the setting.
