ThereisastandardSMC(SmartMediaCard)
externalinterfacewhichsupportscardsof16
MB/32MB/64MB/128MBcapabilityonthepiano.
Itiscompatiblewiththefilesystemformatof
theMS-DOSFAT12/16.Pressthe[LOAD],
[SAVE],[UTILITY]buttonseparatelytoenterthe
relativefunction.TheSMCIconisilluminated
ontheLCD.Ifthereisnocard,"NOSMCard"
willdisplayforthreeseconds,thenexitandreturn
tothepreviousstatus.
LoadMIDIFile
Pressthe[LOAD]button.TheSMCiconis
illuminatedontheLCD.Threefiletypeswhich
willbeloadedandwillbedisplayedonthe
latticearea.Thecurrenttypeishighlighted.
Youcanselecttypeswiththedialorthe[+]and
the[-]button.
IfthereisnofileintheSMC,itwilldisplay
"NoFileFound",andreturntopreviousmenu
bypressingthe[BACK]button.
Selectthemenu"LoadMIDIFile"andpressthe
[NEXT]button.Theplayingmodesaredisplayed
onthelatticearea.They're"SinglePlay"and
"ChainPlay".Thecurrentmodeishighlighted.
SinglePlaymeansonlyplayingthecurrentfile
repeatedly.ChainPlaymeansplayingallthe
filescircularly.Youcanselectyourdesiredmode
withthedialorthe[+]andthe[-]button.
Pressthe[NEXT]button.AlltheMIDIfilesin
therootofSMCaredisplayedonthelattice
area.Themainnameofthecurrentfileis
highlighted.Itincludes8characters.The
postfixnameisMID.Youcanselectfileswith
dialorthe[+]andthe[-]button.
Pressthe[START/STOP]buttontostartplaying
thefileselected.TheSMCiconflashes.The
currenttempoisdisplayedintheTEMPOarea.
TheMEASUREandtheBEATareasdisplay
nothing.Tostopplayingthefiles,pressthe
[START/STOP]button.
Whenthefileisplaying,youcanselectthe
otherfileswiththedialorthe[+]andthe[-]button,
thenpressthe[START/STOP]buttontostopor
pressthe[START/STOP]againtoplaythenew
file.
Whenthefileisplaying,youcanadjustthe
tempowiththe[TEMPO+],[TEMPO-]button.
Pressthe[TEMPO+],[TEMPO-]buttonatthe
sametime,thecurrenttempowillbesettothe
defaulttempo.
