The following shows how to configure the maximum response time to
20 seconds:

Use this command to configure the snooping query-timeout. Use the no
form of this command to restore the default.
Syntax
ip igmp snooping query-time-out seconds
no ip igmp snooping query-time-out
seconds - The time the switch waits after the previous querier has
stopped querying before it takes over as the querier. (Range:
300-500)
