INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wrap the axle strap around the axle of the vehicle being transported, centering the protective sleeve of the strap behind the axle.

2. Bring the straps together, place one ring next to the other, and connect a ratchet strap of equivalent weight capacity.

3. Loop a like capacity ratchet strap J-HOOK through both of the metal rings and then pull all of the straps tight until there is no slack left.

4. Periodically re-check tightness for a secure t.
