INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Attach hook WITHOUT ratchet mechanism to a suitable anchor point.

2. Pass webbing over cargo.

3. Attach hook WITH ratchet mechanism to a suitable anchor point.

4. Pass free end of webbing through split axle of ratchet and pull to remove slack.

5. Pump ratchet handle to tension webbing while being careful not to over-tighten.

6. Rated capacity is based upon 1-1/4 – 1-1/2 turns of the split axle while tensioning the webbing. Tie down must be re-tensioned if the

split axle turned less than 1-1/4 turns.

7. Once cargo is properly secured, close ratchet handle fully to lock the mechanism.

8. To release, pull spring loaded pawl in handle and open ratchet a full 180 degrees.
