1 INSTALL LOCAL ENCODER PLUG-IN
1) Plug the local encoder into the computer, enter "System -> Tool" , click "Install" to install the local encoder client.
If the computer is installed with anti-virus software, please choose to allow access to the computer.
2) Click "Save", then click "Test", if the test is successful, the local encoder is available in this system.
