Operating Instructions

Description
The 1810G HVLP spray gun offers superior material flow, atomization and
transfer efficiency. It incorporates a patent pending paddle wheel adjustment for
material flow that can be operated with one hand while the spray gun is in use.
The 1810G is for coating larger surfaces, thick layers and spotted effects. Widely
used for primer. Will apply thick primer quickly. Best suited for thicker materials
such as flakes, heavy solid materials, primer, primer sealers, polyester primers,
varnish, polyurethane, oil base paints, enamels, epoxy, plastic adhesives, floor
paving paints, latex (on walls), splatter paints, multi-fleck, etc. Fluid Nozzle:
1.4mm (1.2-1.8mm), Pattern Width: 180-260mm. Required CFM: 6CFM. Working
Pressure at nozzle: 20PSI. 600cc/20oz Plastic Cup. Stainless steel fluid
passages and needle. Brass Nozzle. Fluid Inlet Size: 3/8 in. Air Inlet Size: ¼ in.
