To switch the category display on/off:
press asymbol.
Depending on the previous setting, the
display is switched on or off.
Blue tick All sub-entries are
shown.
White tick Some of the sub-
entries are shown.

To call up asub-category: press a
category name.
Depending on the category, sub-
categories are shown for selection.

Changes within acategory may also have
an impact on other categories.
Voice control system
At aglance
Overview
You can operate navigation mode using the
Voice Control System. Available commands
are shown in the individual displays and
are announced in some menus.
The voice control system confirms
important commandsand gives
instructions when entries are
unsuccessful.
If you speak the command unclearly or speak
anon-existent or incorrect command, the
device responds with "Please repeat your
comment".

While driving, you can only enter a
destination using the Voice Control
System.
Switching the Voice Control System on

Switch on navigation mode (Y page 31)
and call up the navigation main menu.

Press the display for longer than 2
seconds.
The Voice Control System is switched on.
The available commands are shown as
light blue speech bubbles. An active
audio source is muted.
