- • Disconnect and then reconnect the USB cable at both ends to reset your interactive whiteboard and reestablish the link.
- • If the Ready light changes from green to red while your computer is running, the computer might become unresponsive. Restart your computer.

WHITEBOARD
2. Use the included hex key to tighten all the screws.
3. Partially secure two of the
included bolts into the top
holes in the rear of your
interactive whiteboard,
leaving a 1/8" (3.2 mm) space
between the bolt heads and
the surface.
4. With the help of another
person, hang your interactive
whiteboard on the floor stand,
lowering the two bolts onto
the top hooks on the stand
posts.
5. Insert the bottom two bolts, and then use the
included hex key to tighten all four bolts.
