Operation Guide
1. When you unbox Mimic GO, it will turn on its light
and play a melody to say hello.
2. If you do not experience the short welcoming
ceremony while unboxing your Mimic GO, please
charge the device.
3. Download the Smart Mimic phone application
from Apple Store or Google Play Store.
4. Sign-up by any method you prefer to Smart
Mimic App.
5. Hold your Mimic GO near your phone and click
the “Connect” button from the App.
6. Charge the device by connecting it to a computer
or a UL-listed USB wall charger; charge the device
indoors only.
7. To reset the device, please hold the button for
more than 15 seconds.
Warranty
Smart Mimic warranty period is 1 year from the
Purchase Date. Within the 1 year, some items may
not be eligible for service due to misuse damage or
other failures caused other than by manufacturer
the attachment.
Flat and smooth surfaces, like glass and metal, are
better for attaching MimicHugs.
Always clean the surface before attaching
MimicHugs to remove any dirt or dust.
Make sure the surface is dry before attaching.
Dust might accumulate on the surface. Rinse
through water to clean and wait until fully dry to
attach again.
Gently push Mimic GO onto MimicHugs until it fits
firmly, pull it to remove your Mimic GO.
You can always remove and reuse MimicHugs.
