7. In the "Plants" area (see figure below), select the plants to which these automatic
query settings shall apply.
(Click on the names of the plants in the "Available Plants" field, and add them to
the "Assigned Plants" field with the arrow button ">").
8. Click on <Apply>. The "Settings" window opens again. The task which you have
set is displayed in the "Task" field (see example below).
9. Click on Save to save the settings.
