Journal feature
Using your journal, you’ll be able to track things like caffeine intake, diet, exercise, TV,
media usage and medications. As SleepIQ
technology learns your sleep patterns, it offers
insights and tips.
For example, by clicking on Exercise in the journal feature, you’ll be able to quickly identify
how your exercise routine is affecting your sleep. Exercising in the evening? You may
discover that exercising too late in the day interferes with your sleep.
The more custom details you add to your journal, the more SleepIQ
can help you make
the most of your sleep.
