homogeneous materials of the component should be limited
according to SJ/T 11363-2006 《Limited Requirements for Toxic
and Hazardous Substances in Electronic information products》.
It indicates that the toxic or hazardous substance contained in
at least one of the homogeneous materials of the part exceeds
the limit requirement specified in SJ/T 11363-2006.
