ASSEMBLY READ THIS BEFORE YOU BEGIN • You’ll probably need at least 2 adults and 2 hours to assemble your trampoline (of course, that depends on what model you have, and whether or not you’re secretly a superhero). • We’ve provided a Phillip’s screw driver and two adjustable wrenches to help with assembly, but you’re more than welcome to use your own tools. Many find that using a power drill and a rubber mallet makes things easier. • Use gloves to protect your hands from pinch points during assembly.
ASSEMBLY STEP 3 20 M10x88mm 21 Bolt (x16) M10 Washer (x16) (21) (22) Nut 22 M10 26 (x16) Bolt End Cap (x16) Place the sockets onto the end of each tube and line up the holes. Secure using four M10x88mm bolts (20), four M10 washers (21), four M10 nuts (22). Then, place four bolt end caps (26) onto the bolt ends. Repeat this step until four corner segments are complete.
ASSEMBLY STEP 5 5 Male Leg (x1) 6 Female Leg (x1) 23 M6x70mm Bolt (x4) 24 M6 Washer (x8) 25 M6 Nut (x4) Insert one male leg (5) into one female leg (6), and secure with one M6x70mm bolt (23), two M6 washers (24), and one M6 nut (25). Repeat this step until you have made four U-shaped leg sections. (25) (24) (5) (24) (6) (23) STEP 6 23 M6x70mm Bolt (x8) 24 M6 Washer (x16) (23) (24) 25 M6 Nut (x16) Insert one U-shaped leg piece into the leg posts of a corner frame section.
STEP 7 3 Grab a friend and flip the assembled corner leg sections over so they are now standing on the legs. (Do not skip this step! We’re not underestimating your strength or anything, but if you connect before flipping, the entire frame will be too heavy to flip.) Now place a curved tube (3) (bend facing out) in between two corner leg sections and slide them together. Repeat on the other side. You will now have two square frame halves assembled.
ASSEMBLY STEP 9 8 Jump Mat (x1) The enclosure net (9) will be pre-installed to the jump mat (8) (just trying to help you out a bit!) Before continuing, make sure each V-ring of the jump mat is properly threaded through the corresponding hole in the enclosure net. 9 Enclosure Net (x1) STEP 10 Place the jump mat on the ground inside the frame with the enclosure net on top.
STEP 11 10 Gold Spring (x2) 28 Spring Tool (x1) You may want to use gloves for this step! Using the spring tool (28), hook the smaller end of a gold spring (10) into the corner square ring. Stretch the free end of the spring until it reaches the nearest frame hole. Repeat this step to place another spring into the same corner square ring and nearest frame hole. Note: The springs will be difficult to stretch.
ASSEMBLY STEP 13 11 Silver Spring (x16) Place four silver springs in the middle of one curved tube. To make sure the V-rings and frame holes line up properly, count the number of frame holes starting from the corner and moving towards the middle curved tube. Then, count the V-rings starting from the same corner to the exact number of spring holes and place the springs. Repeat this step on each side to place a total of 16 additional springs.
STEP 15 10 Gold Spring (x40) STEP 16 Now, working in a clockwise direction, attach all of the remaining gold springs. Make sure the V-rings and frame holes line up correctly. (Remember, you’re the boss here. You tell those springs what to do! And other people if they’re helping...) Lay the two halves of the frame pad (12) on the frame. Make sure to line the pad up with the frame so the slits sit over the sockets. Then, connect the two pieces of padding together with the velcro.
ASSEMBLY STEP 17 Look under the trampoline. Find the straps that are attached to the underside of the frame pad (12). Position the strap with buckle so that the strap and buckle is on either side of the frame. Position the inner straps so that one strap is threaded through a V-ring. Now tie all of the inner straps in bows, and buckle the outer straps. Secure the corners of the frame pad to the frame by hooking the straps to the D-rings at each corner.
STEP 19 Insert two top corner tubes (14) into the top tube with foam (13) and secure together using two self-tapping screws (19). 14 19 Top Corner Tube (x2) Repeat steps 18-19 three more times to complete four total top tube sections. Self-tapping Screw (x2) (13) (19) (19) (14) (14) STEP 20 15 Upper Tube (x2) 16 Lower Tube (x2) 19 (19) (15) Insert two upper tubes (15) into the corner tubes, and secure using two self-tapping screws (19).
ASSEMBLY STEP 21 Next, slide four foam pieces (17) onto the tubes. If you’re having trouble getting the foam over the tubes, try adding a small amount of water inside the foam! 17 Foam (x4) Repeat steps 20-21 three more times to complete four total enclosure pole sections. (17) STEP 22 18 Strap with D-rings (x12) Insert a strap with D-rings (19) through the small belt sewn on the top edge of the net. Wrap the end of the strap under and around the foam covered tube and up through the two D-rings.
STEP 23 Make sure the indented sides of the straight tubes are against the trampoline frame. Using a couple people (because the poles are pretty heavy!), grab either side of an enclosure arch. Lift the poles at the same time and place the end of the lower tubes into the T-sockets. Push the poles all the way down into the sockets. Repeat this step to install the remaining three arches. Side with indent STEP 24 Use a ladder for this step! Now, fully tighten the straps on each of the arched enclosure poles.
ASSEMBLY STEP 25 LAST STEP YOU’RE IN THE FINAL HOME STRETCH. Insert the end caps (27) into the bottom of the sockets. Tie the included placard to a socket close to the enclosure door as shown. 27 End Cap (x8) Safety placard STEP 26 Congratulations on completing your new trampoline! (See... we knew you could do it!) So here comes the real question... are you satisfied with this completed product? If you are, go ahead and write a review on the retailer’s site you bought it from. We’d really appreciate it.

TRAMPOLINE SAFETY INFORMATION In trampoline use, as in all active recreational sports, participants can be injured. However, there are steps that can be taken to reduce risk of injury. In this section, primary accident patterns are identified and the responsibilities of supervisors and jumpers in accident prevention are described.
ENCLOSURE SAFETY INFORMATION NEED FOR TRAMPOLINE ENCLOSURE SAFETY A trampoline enclosure is a recreational product. The information on this page identifies important safety precautions. The precautions are not all-inclusive, because an enclosure can be used in ways that this manual cannot cover completely. To prevent pinches and cuts during enclosure use, a frame pad must be installed on the trampoline (see the trampoline manufacturer’s instructions).
METHODS OF ACCIDENT PREVENTION THE SUPERVISOR’S ROLE IN PREVENTING ACCIDENTS It is the responsibility of the supervisors of trampoline users to provide knowledgeable and mature supervision. They need to know and enforce all of the rules and warnings printed in this manual to minimize the likelihood of accidents and injuries. They also need to inform users of these rules.
