Not
OK
Check for battery voltage at
circuit 52 (ORG) at heater
switch. Check circuit 2
(RED/WHT) ground
connection.
Heater fan does not
operate.
Repair or replace
heater harness.
Check for battery voltage at
circuit 1 (YEL) LOW speed,
circuit 4 (RED) MEDIUM
speed, circuit 3 (ORG) HIGH
speed at heater fan motor
connectors.
If OK
Check 10-amp heater fuse.
Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. All connections relating
to circuit are clean and
tight.
Replace heater
control switch.
Replace heater fan motor.
If OK
Not
