5. Go to the back of the vehicle and remove the rear cover from the
back of the boom.
6. Check the measurement “A” from the top rear edge of the primary
intermediate boom to the top rear edge of the secondary intermedi-
ate boom (Figure 109). Measurement “A” should be in the range of:
• 4x6 chain - 8.5" (216 mm) to 9" (229 mm)
• 6x6 chain - 9.31" (236 mm) - 9.81" (249 mm)
NOTE: If the measurement is less than the ranges listed above the boom
may require extensive adjustment and/or repair. Contact your OmniQuip
Authorized Service Center (ASC).
