or compressors damaged by allowing the ingress of liquid refrigerant will also invalidate the
warranty.
To obtain service under guarantee, the completed warranty must be returned at the time of
purchase and a copy of the purchase receipt must be presented with the product for repair.
The company (SKYE) is not responsible for forwarding freight charges or losses in transit.
Whenever possible the unit should be returned in the original carton and packing or in packing
suitable to prevent damage to the equipment. The company (SKYE) shall not accept any
responsibility for damage to the equipment caused by inadequate or unsuitable packing or
inappropriate transport.
The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies which
the consumer has under any legislation existing in the country/state of purchase.
