TERMS OF WARRANTY
NOTE: All warranty claims must be approved prior to replacement or repair being carried out.
Contact your local distributor or our office for approval first.
This product is warranted by SKYE International Holdings, Inc. to the original retail consumer
against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) one year from the date of
purchase except for normal wear and tear items, i. e. hoses and connectors, which have a (90)
ninety day warranty. This warranty is not transferable.
Except as otherwise provided for by law, this guarantee becomes invalid if, in the opinion of
the company, the product has been misused, abused, damaged in transit, incorrectly operated,
tampered with by an unauthorized person, connected to an incorrect power source or if used
with an incorrect refrigerant. Failure to perform normal maintenance, the use of incorrect oils
