Der Hersteller oder sein in der Gemeinschaft niedergelassener Bevollmächtigter
erklärt hiermit, dass die nachstehend beschriebene PSA: Gurte nach EN 358, EN
361, GOST Typ 'ARG 30 H'
- übereinstimmt mit den Bestimmungen der Richtlinie 89/686 EWG und -
gegebenenfalls - übereinstimmt mit der einzelstaatlichen Norm, durch die die
harmonisierte Norm Nr. EN 358, EN 361, GOST umgesetzt wird (für die PSA
gemäß Artikel 8 Absatz 4)
- identisch ist mit der PSA, die Gegenstand der EG-Baumusterprüfbescheinigung
Nr. P5060756368018 war, ausgestellt vom: TÜV SÜD Service GmbH
und dem Verfahren nach Artikel 11 Buchstabe B der Richtlinie 89/686 EWG unter
Kontrolle der gemeldeten Stelle unterliegt: TÜV Product Service GmbH ·

The manufacturer or his authorized representative established in the Community
declares that the new PPE described hereafter: Harnesses according EN 358, EN
361, GOST Typ 'ARG 30 H'
- is in conformity with the provisions of Council Directive 89/686/EEC and, where
such is the case, with the national standard transposing harmonised standard
Nr.EN 358, EN 361, GOST (for the PPE referred to in Article 8 (4))
- is identical to the PPE which is the subject of EC certificate of conformity Nr.
P5060756368018 issued by: TÜV SÜD Service GmbH
and is subject to the procedure set out in Article 11 point B of Directive 89/686/EEC
under the supervision of the notified body: TÜV Product Service GmbH ·
