1. Park the vehicle on level ground & place the tires / wheels in a straight forward position. Set the

emergency brake & block the rear tires.

2. Install bracket "A" to the inside of the frame on the passenger side above the tie rod assembly & mount

using the large square u-bolt. Twist the bottom of the bracket forward then tighten the nuts on the u-bolt.

Note: On '92-'96 F-250 models, the bracket must either be tack welded in place or drill two 3/8" holes

through the frame using two of the holes in the bracket as a template & bolt to the frame.

3. Attach both stabilizer barrel ends to bracket "A" using the bushings & washers provided. Install the nut

provided & tighten.

4. Place the boots on the stabilizers. Attach bracket "B" to the stabilizer as shown, using the bushings &

washers provided. Install the nut provided & tighten.

5. Extend both stabilizer piston rods 4.44"(exactly half-way out) & place bracket "B" against the drag link as

shown & secure with the u-bolts, washers, & nuts.

6. Cycle the tires / wheels fully to right & to left making sure that no interference occurs & that the stabilizers

do not top or bottom out. Make adjustments as needed.

7. Re-check all hardware for tightness after the first 100 miles & check periodically thereafter & after every

off-road use.

Note: On F-350 vehicles with 6” or more of lift, the u-bolt supplied for the frame bracket will not

work. The bracket will need to be moved further down on the frame. Place the bracket in the

desired position on the frame & weld in place.
