Get a sheet of wax paper or parchment

paper ready.

Remove the pen cap from the pen tip.

Turn the chocolate pen "ON".

Press the button until the

confectioners chocolate

starts to flow. Create

a design.

Turn the Chocolate Pen "OFF".

Insert the pen cap into the pen tip.

Place design in freezer and allow

it to harden for about 5 minutes.

After design has hardened, carefully peel

back paper from design as shown.

NOTE: Discard pouch, tip, cap and

clamp after use.

NOTE: For best results hold pen ½

inch above paper when designing.
