INSERTING BITS
Your tool is equipped with an magnetic bit
holder. Simply push the bit into the bit holder as
far as it will go. To remove, simply pull bit from
bit holder (Fig. 3).
FASTENING WITH SCREWS
The procedure shown in figure. 4 will enable
you to fasten materials together with your
Cordless Screwdriver without stripping,
splitting, or separating the material.
First, clamp the pieces together and drill the first
hole 2/3 the diameter of the screw. If the
material is soft, drill only 2/3 the proper length.
If it is hard, drill the entire length.
2. Drill same
diameter as
screw shank.
3. Countersink
same
diameter
as screw
head.
1. Drill 2/3 diameter and
2/3 of screw length for
soft materials, full
length for hard
materials.
Screw
Apply a slight
even pressure
when driving

SITE-LIGHT™
Your tool is also equipped with a light that turns
on automatically when the switch is
activated for better visibility during operation
(Fig. 1). The Site-Light™ is maintenance free
and was designed to last the life of your tool.
CHARGING THE TOOL
For Model # F012235000: Plug charger into
your standard power outlet, then insert charger
plug into tool (Fig. 2).
The tools Site-Light™ will slowly blink. This
indicates that the battery is receiving a fast
charge. Fast-charging will automatically stop
when the battery is fully charged.
When the indicator light turns “OFF” fast
charging is complete.
After normal usage, the battery requires
approximately 3 to 6 hours charging time to
reach full capacity.
The purpose of the light is to indicate that the
battery is fast-charging. It does not indicate the
exact point of full charge. The light will turn off
in less than 3-6 hours if the battery was not
completely discharged.
When the battery is fully charged, unplug the
charger (unless you're charging another tool).
When the battery is completely discharged, or
is overheated the tools Site-Light™ will quickly
blink. Allow the tool to return to room
temperature before begining the charging
process.
