tem expansion tank.

should be between MIN. and MAX.

1. Level between marks when engine is cold
NO TE: The watercraft is le vel when
it is in water. When on a trailer, raise
trailer tongue and block in th is pos iti on
when bum per ra il is level.
Add coolant/demineralized water to
have the level between m arks a s re-
quired. Use a funnel to avoid spi llage.
Do not overfill.
NO TE: Use a blend of 50 % antifreez e
with 50% demineralized water. Pre-
mixed antifreez e/wa ter is a v a ilabl e
(P/N 293 60 0 03 8) at your a uthoriz ed
Sea-Doo dealer.
NO TE: Using a blend of 40% an-
tifreeze with 60% demineralized wa-
ter will improve the cooling efficiency
when w atercraft is used in particularly
hot we ather a nd/or hot water condi-
tion.
Properly reinstall and tighten filler cap
then reinstall s ea t extension.
NO TE: A cooling system that fre-
quently requires coolant is the indica-
tion of leak s or engine problems. See
an autho rized Sea-Doo dealer.
Engine Coolant Replacement
The coolant r eplacement should be
performed by an authorized S ea-Doo
dealer.
Throttle Body
Throttle Body Lubrication
Lubricate throttle b ody with XP-S Lube
or an equivalent.
Use fitting for that purpose provided in
the engine com pa rtme nt.
With the engine not runni ng, make
sure to spray lu brican t at least 3 to 5
seconds for prope r lubrication.
