OPERATING I NSTRUCTIONS
NO TICE
Never run engine longer
than 5 minutes. Drive line seal has
no cooling when watercraft is out of
water.
Close the water tap, then stop the en-
gine.

Always close the water
tap before stopping the engine.

Remove quick connect
adapter after flushing o peration (if
used).
Anticorrosion Treatment
To prevent c orros ion, spray a corrosion
inhibitor (salt water resistant) such as
XP-S L ube or eq uivalent over metallic
components in engine compartment.
Apply dielectric grease (salt water re-
sistant) on battery posts and cable con-
nectors.

Never leave rags or tools
in the engine compartment or in the
bilge.
Ballast S ys tem

NO TE: It is not necessary to discon-
nect ballast tanks filling hose.
It is recommended to em pty ballast
tanks after each u se.
Always c om pletely empty the tanks
water back to the same l ake it came
from, d o not transfer.
To emp ty ballast tanks
– Unscrew drain p lugs and flush wa-
ter.
– Rinse thoroug hly the tanks interior
with fresh tap w ater.
– When completed, clo se drain pl ugs
and tanks valve.
