Visibility Operation
Avoid operation in these cond itions. If
you must do so, proceed with caution
and prudence u sing mi nimum speed.
Crossing Waves
Reduce s peed.
Always be prepared to steer a nd bal-
ance as ne cessary.
When crossing wakes, always keep a
safe distance from w atercraft ahead.

The watercraft is s low ed by wa ter
drag. The stopping distance will var y
depending on the wat erc raft size,
weight, speed, water surfa ce condi-
tion, presenc e and direction of wind
and current.

Shift to neutral, revers e or forward, a s

It is not recommended to
run the watercraft to the beach.
Come slow ly to the b ea ch and shut off
the engine using the DESS key before
water depth is less tha n 90 cm (3 ft) un-
der the lowest rear portion of the h ull,
then pull the w a tercraft to the beach.

Riding the watercraft in
shallower water might damage the
impeller o r other jet pump co mpo-
nents.
