OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Neutral and Reverse
WARNING
Never use jet pump comp on ents
as a supporting point to board
the watercraft. Sh ift lever sho ul d
only be used when the engine is
idling and watercraft is completely
stopped. Never rev the engine
at high RPM i n rev erse. Do n ot
use reverse to stop the watercraft.
Only use reverse at sl ow speed
and for the sh ortest time possib le.
Always ensure the path behind
is clear of objects and persons in-
cluding children playing in shallow
water.
To find the neutral, set in reverse then
push bac k until the watercraft stops
moving backward s.
Thereversegatewillbeinthemiddle
position, directing half of the thrust to-
ward the front of the watercra ft to min-
imize watercra ft movem ent.
WARNING
When the waterc raft i s in neutral
position, the drive shaft and im-
peller a re still turning.
