by the failure o f a wa rranted part.
The BRP Operator’s Guide provided c ontains written i ns tructions for the proper
maintenance and use of your p erso nal watercraft. All emission warranty parts are
warranted by BRP for the en tire w arranty period of the personal w atercraft, unless
the part is schedul ed for replacem ent as required m a intenanc e in the Opera to r’s
Guide.
Emission warran ty parts that are scheduled for replacement, as required mainte-
nance, are warranted by BRP for the peri od of time before the first schedul ed re-
placement date for that part. E m iss ion warranty parts that are sc heduled for reg-
ular inspection, but not regular replacement, are warranted by BRP for the entire
warranty period of the personal watercraft. Any emission warranty part repaired or
replaced under the te r m s of this w a rranty statement is warranted by B RP fo r the
remainde r of the warranty period of the original p art. All parts replaced under this
limited warranty become the property of BRP.
Maintenan ce receipts and records should be transferred to each subsequent
owner of the personal w a terc raft.
