1. The two massage patches are not pasted to the skin at the same time.
2. Check whether the switch of the instrument is pressed.
It is a normal phenomenon. The working principle of the massager is that two
massage patches form an electrical circuit through the human body. Please
make sure that the medium frequency mode is not turned on before moving.
Please check whether the Type-C cable is properly connected to the
instrument and the power adapter of the mobile phone.

The battery of this product is special rechargeable battery and shall not be used in
other products; besides, it cannot be charged after it is taken out the instrument.
If the battery is accidentally swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. When the
battery is leaking, do not touch the battery with bare hands but deal with it with the
following methods.
The product must work with the pain relief patch, otherwise you may get electric shock.
Do not remove or plug the USB charging cable with wet hands; otherwise, electric shock or accident may occur.
Do not apply the product to children or people who are unable to express their consciousness, otherwise
accidents or discomfort may occur.
Do not use the product in a place in high humidity, such as bathroom, or use the product while taking a
shower, otherwise you may get a strong electric shock and the product may be damaged.
Do not use it while sleeping, otherwise the product may fail, and the massage patch may be moved to other
parts and cause discomfort.
Do not use it while driving, otherwise it may cause discomfort due to excessive stimulation, resulting in
accidents.
Do not apply the massage patch on the affected area for a long time and use the medium-frequency mode,
otherwise it may cause dermatitis.
During massage, do not touch the massage patch with the metal part of a belt, necklaces and other items,
otherwise you may get a strong electric shock.
When using the massage function, do not apply it in the same part for a long time (more than 30 minutes),
otherwise it may cause the muscle fatigue of the application part and physical discomfort.
Please wear the product correctly: wear it symmetrically on the neck and shoulder, otherwise there may be
accidents or physical discomfort.
The surface of massage patch may become heating, so the people who are not sensitive to heat must be
careful when using it.
After the product works for a long time, the surface will heat up, which is a normal phenomenon.
Ensure that the instrument button works properly before using it.
When the product is used for the first time, or the battery power is lost after the product is idle for a long
time, please charge the product according to the Operation Manual to ensure that it can work normally.
Please dispose of this product in accordance with the relevant environmental protection regulations of the
city when scrapping it, otherwise it may cause environmental pollution.

sure that the medium frequency is disabled before moving, otherwise you may get a strong electric shock.
Patients with a history of cerebrovascular accidents should not place the massage patch on the head.

High frequency waves from the massager may react when the device is close to the store's safety gate.
If the patient uses the high-frequency surgical equipment and the massager on the body at the same time,
burns may occur in the position of the massager patch and the massager may be damaged.
The output of the massager may be unstable if the product is used near the shortwave or microwave
therapy equipment (in the range of 1 m).
During massage, two massage patches should not be placed around the projection area of the heart at the
same time, and it is necessary to make sure that there is no current flowing through the heart no matter
how the massage patches are placed.
It is recommended that when several users use the product, please clean the massage pain relief patch on
the product before use.
When using the product, the massage pain relief patch should fully and evenly contact the skin, otherwise
there is a risk of burns.
The massage patch of this product has a heating function. When the heating function is enabled, the hot compress
application on the same part for a long time (more than 20 minutes) may lead to low temperature scalds.
This product contains lithium battery. Do not disassemble, modify or soak the product or throw it into fire.
Otherwise, the product may be damaged and exploded.
Do not use the product near the heart, above the neck, head, mouth, private parts or skin disease areas,
and do not apply it to the soles of both feet at the same time.
Do not use it with other medical devices or multiple sets of this product at the same time, otherwise it may
cause nausea or discomfort.
Do not use it for purposes other than massage as stipulated in the Operation Manual, otherwise accident or
malfunction may occur.
Do not disassemble, repair or transform the product without permission. Otherwise, it may lead to failure or
electric shock. Read the manual carefully before the use of the product.
Do not use the product when you carry with electronic instruments, otherwise the electronic instruments
may fail (such as: the time of the electronic watch may be disordered).
If operation failure or other abnormal conditions occur, immediately cut off the power supply and remove
the battery. Otherwise, high temperature or short circuit may occur, resulting in an accident. At the same
time, contact the customer service personnel for after-sales consultation.
Do not use massage patch with defective or damaged surface, otherwise accident or malfunction may occur.
Discontinue use and consult your doctor if you feel discomfort during or after use.
Do not compress the internal organs during use, otherwise accidents or discomfort may occur.
Massage patch should not contact injury and scar during massage.
Do not rub your eyes with your hands when battery electrolyte enters your eyes in
case of blindness. Rinse your eyes with clean water immediately and seek medical
advice.
When your body or clothing is contaminated by the battery electrolyte, it may
cause skin irritation or injury. Please rinse with water. If you still feel discomfort,
seek medical advice immediately.
The product can only be disassembled when it is discarded. Failure to do so may
result in fire, electric shock, injury or other accidents. If you need to repair the
product (except for battery replacement), please consult the shop where you
purchased the product.
The battery must be removed from the instrument before the instrument is discarded;
The instrument must be powered off before removing the battery;
The battery should be disposed of safely.
Removal steps of battery:
1. Open the shell with a tool;
2. Cut off the battery lead with scissors;
3. Take out the battery;
Please keep the rechargeable battery out of reach of infants to prevent it from being
swallowed by mistake.
The lithium ion battery of this product is a valuable resource that can be recycled. Please take out the lithium
ion battery and hand it to a professional institution that can recycle and regenerate the rechargeable battery
when the product is discarded after use.
