SKB Soft Products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and
craftsmanship for one year from purchase. Any defects in workmanship will be covered by SKB.
Damages due to accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where SKB is not at fault,
are not covered on Soft Products.
Freight cost to SKB Corporation is the responsibility of the customer. SKB will pay the return
freight for warranty product shipped back to the customer.
Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the
product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please
review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
