Chapter 4: Accessing the network shares (windows)
● To access files or folders on the network drive, you can go to 'Start' >
'Run'
● Type “\\storage” (or the name you've setup for the network drive)
● You can now see the shares, folders, and files on the network drive.
It's also possible to 'map' a network drive so it will automatically be available
every time you start your computer.
● To do so, please go to 'My Computer', select 'Tools' and click on 'Map
Network Drive'.
● Enter: “\\Storage\” followed by the name of the share you want to
access. Also, choose a drive letter for the mapped share. Click 'Finish' to
connect to your network drive.
Note: The option 'Browse' can be used to look for computers, storage
drives, and shares on your network. This can be usefull when the
correct name isn't known.
 Your Network Drive is now ready to use!
