What This Warranty Covers
This wa rranty covers defec ts in material and w orkmans h ip for 12 m onths from t he date
of pu r chase by the origi na l retail purchase r onl y. Sirius XM Radio I nc ., at its so le option ,
will repair or r ep lac e th e prod u ct with a n ew o r reconditioned prod uct without char ge f or
parts and l abor. Products re pla ced und er th is wa rranty b eco m e th e pro p e rty of SiriusXM.
Replacement products are warranted to be free from defe ct s fo r 30 days or the r ema i nde r
of the or i ginal warranty , wh i chever is longer .
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does no t cover: products sold as used, as is, r econd i tioned or refu r bis hed;
software stored on int erna l or removable me mory; non-re cha rg eab le batterie s. surfac e
preparation cleaners , adhesive pads, fasten ers, and ear-buds; costs inc urred for in sta ll at io n,
removal or re installat i on of th e product; cor rection of in st alla ti o n probl ems, suc h as
elimination of ex t erna lly generated static or no is e and anten na pl acement and aim in g;
defects or damage caused by a lt era tion, i mpro pe r in stallation or r em oval, u se of thi rd party
accessor ies, mi sha ndling. mi suse, n eg l ect, acc ide nt, power s urg es or acts of nat ur e.

require d to provide proof of purchase and a desc ription of the de fec t. You must pre pay th e
cost of shipping the pro d uct to an approved se rv ice cent er .
