or doing any maintenance or service on tool. Make it a habit to check to see that all adjusting keys and wrenches have been
removed from tool before turning it on.

INTENDED USE
This tool is intended to be used with drill bits for drilling holes in wood, metal and other materials.
GENERAL OPERATION
This tool is equipped with a teasing throttle. By slightly depressing the trigger the chuck will rotate slowly. This is useful for starting a drill bit without first
spotting with a punch. The tool will run at maximum speed when the trigger is fully depressed.
STANDARD REVERSE OPERATION
The spindle rotation is controlled by the slide on the top, rear of the tool.
Move the slide to the right for right hand rotation and to the left for left hand rotation. To ensure maximum performance, make sure the slide is in the full
left or right position.
RAPID REVERSE OPERATION
The spindle rotation is controlled by the button on the top, rear of the tool
Press, and hold, the button to operate the tool in reverse spindle rotation. Release the button to operate the tool in forward rotation (right hand).
To ensure maximum performance, make sure the button is fully pressed, or fully released.
AIR SUPPLY
Theefficiencyandlifeofthistooldependonthepropersupplyofclean,dryairatamaximumof90PSI.Theuseofanairlinefilter,pressureregulator,
and lubricator is recommended.
Before connecting to tools, blow out the air line to remove water and dirt that may have accumulated.

Ifanairlinelubricationisnotused,itisrecommendedthatthetoolbeoileddailybeforeusetoimproveperformance.Add2-4dropsofairmotoroiland
runthetoolfor10-20secondstodistributeoilthroughthetool.
LubricatethegearsthroughthegreasefittingwithSioux1232Agreaseafter100hoursofoperation.
MAINTENANCE
Water, dust and other airline contaminants can cause rust and vane sticking. For long periods between tool use, flush the tool with a few drops of oil
and run for 10 seconds. This will help remove contaminants and reduce the formation of rust.
WARNING
Disconnect tool from air supply before installing or removing drill bit or making any adjustments
