SPECIFICATION
Sioux Chief 696 series Ox Box frame extension shall be used where
necessary in accessible plumbing applications. The extension shall extend
the outlet box face ½". The extension shall be afxed to a current 696 drain
or supply box. Multiple extensions can be used in combination to achieve
most depths needed when providing access within the 696 series.

melting point: 200°F
working temperature: 150°F
CERTIFICATIONS
Certied for use with Sioux Chief’s re-rated series of Ox Box to
ASTM E-814, ASTM E-119, and UL 1479
