Winding
the
Bobbin
(I
)Push
in
the
hand
wheel in
the
arrow
direction
(Fig.
14).
(The
needle
won’t
work while
the
hand
wheel is
pushed in.)
Take
a
bobbin out of
the acces
sories
and put it
onto the spin
dle.
(2)Pull
out
the
spool
pin
on
the top
of
the
machine
and
place
a
spool of
thread
on
the
spool pin.
Lead
the
thread
from
the
spool
pin
through
the
thread
guide
to
the
bobbin.
Wind
the
thread
around it
(counterclockwise)
sev
eral
times.

When
you
guide
the
thread
to
the
guide
goove
®,
make
sure
to
push
the
thread
well
into
the
guide
spring©,
by
holding
the
thread
with
the tip
of
your
finger
and
pull
ing
the
end
of
the
thread
down
ward.

foot
controller

wind
the
bobbin,
carefully
checking

amount
of
thread
wound.
Stop
pressing
the
foot
controller
when
the
thread
amount
