Furniture Terminology
Accent Panels:
Accent panel with attachments that
install over current panels. Can be
vertical and horizontal in nature.
Base Covers or Kick Plates:
Trim cover that many times covers the
electrical system.
Base Power-in (BPI)
Location where building power enters the furniture
system. Average one BPI per every 6 workstations.
