ThissectiondescribestheinstallationoftheMS70OperatorStationdisplay.The
makeandmodelofthethisdisplayisdeterminedbythecustomer.Forthisreason,
theinformationprovidedhereisonlyforguidance.Foradetailedspecicinstallation
procedure,refertotheapplicabledocumentationprovidedwiththedisplay.
•Thedisplaymustbelocatedsothatitisbestprotectedfromglarewhichreduces
readability.
•Thedisplaymaybemountedinapanel,onthedesktoporbulkhead,oroverhead.
•Makesurethatadequateventilationisavailabletoavoidoverheating.
•Thecompasssafedistancemustbeallowedforwhenplanningtheunit’slocation.
•Makesurethattheinstallationallowsforthephysicalmovementsandforcesnormally
experiencedonavessel.
•Makesurethatenoughspaceisprovidedformaintenancework.
