Thisparameterisusedtocontroltherangeofthe
SH90,thatisthedistancefromthevesseltothe
outmostedgeofthesonarbeam.
3Tilt
Thisparameterallowsyoutomanuallycontrolthe
angleofthesonarbeamtilt.
4Bearing
Thisparameteris–whenopenedfromthe
Horizontalmenu–usedtocontrolthebearingof
thehorizontalsonarbeam.
5Gain
Thisparameterisusedtocontrolthereceiver
gain,thatishowmuchamplicationthatisused
onthereceivedechoes.
Thechosengainisonlyappliedtothehorizontal
presentation.
IfyouactivatetheAGC(AutomaticGainControl)function,thisgainsettingis
inuenced.
6PulseForm
Thisparameterdialogisusedtoselecttheshapeofthetransmitterpulses.
ThesecaneitherbeCW(ContinuousWave)withdifferentpulselengths,orFM
(FrequencyModulation)withdifferentpulselengthsandacontinuousfrequency
sweep.

ThisparameterdialogisusedtoselecttheoutputpowerfromtheSH90transmitters.
