Thisisausefulaidinprovidinganoverviewofthetrawloperation.Trawldatacanbe
setmanuallyusingthemenuorautomaticallybyinterfacingaSimradFStrawlsonaror
SimradITItrawlmonitoringsystemwiththesonar.
Inthemanualmodethetrawlsymbolwillbedisplayedwiththeselectedsize,depthand
distance.WhentheFS70,FS900orFS3000trawlsonarisconnected,thetrawlsymbol
willautomaticallybedisplayedwiththecorrectdepthintheverticalmodes.When
theITItrawlsystemisconnected,thetrawlsymbolwillbedisplayedwiththecorrect
distance,bearinganddepth.Ifrequired,thetrawlopening,ambientwatertemperature,
andtrawl-llingindicatormayalsobedisplayed.Thisisassumedthatthepropersensors
areconnectedtotheITIsystem.

ThegearpropertiesarechangedbymeansoftheGearbuttonontheSetupmenu.
1ClickthemiddleoftheGearbuttontoopentheparameterdialog.
2Clickonceonthegearyouwishtouse.
3ClicktheEditbuttonatthebottomoftheGearparameterdialog.
4Foreachofthegearparametersavailable,selecttherequestedvalue.
5ClickClosewhenalltheparametershavebeendened.
