topofthepresentationdoesnotbyitselfofferanyinformation.However,the
digitsshownaboveitareimportant.
•Theleftdigitsareatimer.Itwillmeasurethetimeelapsedsinceyou“shot”
thepurseseine.ThetimerstartswhenyouclicktheNetstatebuttonto
changeitsstatusfromReadytoShot.
•Themiddledigitsmeasuresthelengthofthepurseseinethatyouhave
released.Asthelengthincreases,ayellowbarprovidesavisualpresentation.
Thecurrentdepthofthefootropeisalsoshownwithinyellow.
•Therightdigitsreectthetotallengthofthepurseseine.Thisisthelength
youhavedenedintheGeardialogontheSetupmenu.Itisthusaxed
value.
Withatrawl,thehorizontallineisusedasareectthecourseofthetrawl.If
youhaveanITIsystemconnectedtotheSH90,atrawlsymbolwillbeshown
toindicatethepositionofthetrawlopeningrelativetothetarget.Youcanthen
easilymanoeuvreyourvesseltoobtainthebestpossiblecatch.
FThisistheechofromyourtarget.Itisshownasinaverticalslice,which
meansthatitverticalpositionintheviewreectsitsactualdepth.Theecho
appearssmallerthanintheverticalslicepresentationbecausethebeamwidthis
only11degrees.
